Little Dreams is a very nice community located between Coco and Ocotal at only one minute drive to Ocotal beach and 5 minutes to Coco. The pool is beautiful and the common area landscaping is gorgeous and lush, too. It offers 24 hour security and landscaping included for only $90 a month condo fee.


This location is in the Guancaste rgion of Costa Rica, it is just a 35 minute drive from the international airport in Liberia, an easy flight from many parts of the US and Canada. It is also just a short 5 minute drive to Playas del Coco, the beach town that is the commercial center for this part of the coast. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and services in Coco. Liberia is also just about 35 minutes away with many more shops and services. There are several new private hospitals in the area serving the foreign market as well. 

Guanacaste has many of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica, you can go so many different beaches and still not see them all. The jungle comes right down to the coast in this region so it is also the most picturesque area for beaches. There are also many excellent surf locations within a short drive from here, and some surf spots are only accessible by boat from Ocotal or Coco. Ocotal beach itself is very safe, there are only small waves so very little undertow that can be very dangerous at many other beaches. 

You won't find another condo at a lower price in this or any other complex, and this is not a timeshare, you can live here all year long since you own this condo. You can also rent it or share it with friends, another way to have a very inexpensive place to vacation in Costa Rica. 

This could be a wonderful wintertime 'getaway' for those that want a place to go for 4-5 months and it would be at a very affordable cost. You could also contract with a property management company to rent it out for you or just keep it for yourself and your friends, either way, it's just your decision about how to use this great condo. 

You can enjoy a meal or a drink on the beach at Father Rooster's or go up the hill a little and enjoy the deck at the Ocotal Resort for a beautiful sunset dinner, or many other locations nearby.
