Our cottage is located 4 blocks from Potrero Beach, in the region of Guanacaste, in the North Pacific, a paradise beach of soft sand in a bay with calm waters. Potrero is located in such a way that lets you visit and see the most beautiful beaches of the Pacific north From here you can walk within minutes to the white sands of Flamingo beach, the crystal clear waters of Penca beach where you can snorkel or black sands of Playa Prieta. We are 10 minutes from Playa Conchal, with incredibly tranparentes waters and 15 minutes from beautiful downtown surf of Playa Grande. This is a great place to enjoy nature, listening to howler monkeys, making bird watching, butterflies, pelicans, iguanas and all kinds of wildlife. Potrero is a quiet town, with restaurants, bars and places of supplies, also has a line of buses that have regularly scheduled approximately every two hours, there are also taxis that you can take everywhere. Our cottage is within Surfside urbanization, very safe and quiet, where you can freely walk and relax. Furthermore Potrero offers many activities especially those related with the sea such as kayaking, snorkeling, catamaran trips, sportfishing sailfish and marlin among others, canopy, ride ATVs, horseback riding or biking, surf or just relax watching a spectacular sunset over the sea is a wonderful experience here. We are also near the Leatherback Marine National Park created to provide protection for leatherback turtle populations.
