This is a small typical (adobe) house that has been restored to perfection located on a quite street about 5min walk to the center of San Antonio and bus stops to San José. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, office(which could be used as another bedroom for a baby or small kid as it is right off the main bedroom) and living room as well as a nice porch. The house is semi furnished with a fridge, gas range, table and chairs...other equipment is available if needed so we can negotiate. 
There is plenty of open green area, fruit trees and just feel good environment. You will fall in love with the place as soon as you see it guaranteed!! 
It also just a 10min drive to Multiplaza, Avenida Escazú and other commercial and entertainment services!
