The house is ski lodge style reminiscent of Santa Fe. Very open, lots of windows, a fireplace, loft, hard wood floors, cozy kitchen with pantry and Jacuzzi bath with a view are some of the features.

There is a gazebo where you can spend time with the views of the mountains and valley, a small workshop for storage and tools, and a dog pen. Rustic furniture as well as washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator are included.

Flora and fauna of all varieties may be seen here. A birdwatchers paradise.

Temperature ranges between 62 ( night) and 72. Never too hot.

The view of the Central valley will never be obscured by building. The water comes from a spring and is pure, as is the mountain air which flows over the National park. (as opposed to the other side of the valley where the air flows over San Jose on the way.)

The peace and quiet and tranquility are the best features. The country people are friendly and helpful.

There is nothing commercial on the dead end street except a flourishing trout fishing farm near the entrance.
