Also, it has a swimming pool area, that uses water taken from one of a various of natural springs that belong to the project.
The pools have particular attractions; a semi-artificial water fall at the side of about 30 mts long water slide.
The water of the slide is pulled by an electric pump, and it will be
soon substituted with a natural watermill (Rueda Pelton) so that the
amount of water will be bigger.
These pools have an approximate diameter of: the pool for adults 70
m2 and the small, for kids of 30 m2. Also has natural Jacuzzis situated
near the waterfall.
The pool area has a dinner ranch of two levels, especially for parties or other informal events, with a bar, refrigerators,
bathrooms, showers and green areas.
It has built an artificial 'humedal' conformed by eight lakes, then
bigger one of 5 hectares and the others of proximately 1 a 1.5 hectares
each one, also where you can fish because they have been cultivated
with tilapia and other species.
The principal function is to
provide humidity to achieve the stop, nesting and reproduction of
multiple birds as herons, zarcetas, piches, ducks, etc.
The property has a non exploited mountain protected basically for the project where there are built paths with special
characteristics to observe the flora and fauna of the place.
